Welcome to Cosmix’s Subscription Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Subscription Service”), a premium add-on service provided by Cosmix to enhance your AI image-to-image COS costume change experience. Cosmix is a creative tool focused on AI image-to-image COS costume change, featuring a dreamy purple and cyan two-dimensional visual style. Users can upload portrait photos and switch between various COS-style costumes with one click, achieving the interesting effect of instantly transforming real people into anime and game characters. Relying on intelligent AI face-swapping and costume-changing algorithms, it fits the face and body shape accurately, with natural integration of costumes and delicate details, allowing anyone to easily create highly realistic COS works without professional retouching skills. With a fresh and dreamy interface and simple operation, it supports quick switching between multiple styles, as well as HD saving, local management and one-click sharing, suitable for COS enthusiasts, short video creation, fun selfies and other scenarios. Cosmix unlocks your multi-dimensional image with AI.
This Subscription Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions that govern your purchase and use of the Cosmix Subscription Service. By purchasing, subscribing to, or using the Subscription Service, you (hereinafter referred to as the “Subscriber”) confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as Cosmix’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy (both of which are integral parts of this Agreement and have the same effect as this Agreement). If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not purchase, subscribe to, or use the Subscription Service.
This Agreement applies to all Subscribers who purchase or use the Subscription Service. Your continued use of the Subscription Service after subscribing constitutes your ongoing acceptance of this Agreement and any subsequent updates. Cosmix is committed to protecting your privacy, providing high-quality Subscription Service, and ensuring transparency in all subscription-related matters. We have avoided complex jargon and hidden clauses, making this Agreement clear, transparent, and easy to understand. Please read this Agreement carefully before subscribing, as it contains important information about your rights, obligations, subscription terms, and related rules.
By purchasing, subscribing to, or using the Subscription Service, you confirm that: (1) You are at least 18 years of age and have the full capacity to enter into and comply with this Agreement; (2) You have read, understood, and fully agreed to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as Cosmix’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy; (3) You will comply with all applicable rules, guidelines, and requirements when using the Subscription Service; (4) You will use the Subscription Service only for legitimate, non-harmful purposes, in line with public morality and good customs; (5) You have the legal right to use the payment method you choose to purchase the Subscription Service, and all payment information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to purchase, subscribe to, or use the Subscription Service, as we prioritize the privacy and safety of minors above all else. Cosmix reserves the right to update or revise this Agreement from time to time to reflect improvements to the Subscription Service, changes in subscription terms, or feedback from Subscribers. Any updates or revisions will be posted within the App, and we will notify you through a clear, unobtrusive notification the next time you open the App. Your continued use of the Subscription Service after the update or revision takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any changes. We will never make changes that reduce your rights or increase your obligations without your knowledge, and all updates will be consistent with our commitment to protecting your privacy and providing high-quality Subscription Service.
Cosmix’s Subscription Service is a paid premium service that complements the free core functions of the Cosmix App. By subscribing to the Subscription Service, you will gain access to exclusive premium features (hereinafter referred to as the “Premium Features”) in addition to all the free core functions provided by Cosmix. The specific Premium Features may be updated or adjusted from time to time, and the latest list of Premium Features will be clearly displayed within the App (e.g., on the subscription page) before you purchase the subscription. Current Premium Features include but are not limited to:
(1)Ad-free experience throughout the App, without any pop-up ads or interruptions to your creative process;
(2) Priority customer support, with faster response times to your inquiries, feedback, and technical issues related to the Service;
Cosmix is committed to continuously improving the Subscription Service and optimizing the Premium Features to enhance your user experience. We may add, modify, or suspend some or all of the Premium Features from time to time, depending on technical upgrades, market demand, or other reasonable reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Subscribers of any significant changes to the Premium Features, but we reserve the right to make adjustments without prior notice if necessary (such as emergency technical maintenance). We will never suspend or terminate the Subscription Service without just cause, and any suspension or termination will be done in a way that minimizes impact on Subscribers. The free core functions of Cosmix will remain available to you even if you subscribe to the Subscription Service, and subscribing will not affect your access to the free features.
Cosmix offers three Subscription Plans to meet different Subscriber needs, namely Monthly Subscription, Six Month Subscription, and Yearly Subscription. The specific Subscription Plans, pricing, and duration will be clearly displayed within the App (e.g., on the subscription page) before you purchase the subscription. Each Subscription Plan has a fixed duration (Monthly Subscription for 1 month, Six Month Subscription for 6 months, Yearly Subscription for 1 year), and the pricing is subject to the displayed amount at the time of your subscription. Cosmix reserves the right to adjust the pricing of Subscription Plans from time to time, but any price adjustments will not affect existing Subscribers during their current subscription period. New pricing will only apply to new subscriptions or renewal of existing subscriptions after the current period expires.
When you purchase a Subscription Plan, you agree to pay the full subscription fee for the selected duration at the time of purchase. All subscription fees are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this Agreement. You may choose any of the payment methods supported by Cosmix (e.g., credit card, mobile payment) to complete the payment. By providing your payment information, you authorize Cosmix (or its authorized payment service provider) to charge the corresponding subscription fee to your selected payment method. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid, has sufficient funds, and is kept up to date. If your payment fails (e.g., insufficient funds, expired payment method), your Subscription Service may be suspended or terminated until the payment is successfully completed.
Cosmix uses secure, industry-standard encryption technology to protect your payment information. We never collect, store, or retain your full payment details (such as complete credit card numbers) — all payment processing is handled by our authorized third-party payment service providers, who are contractually obligated to protect your payment information in accordance with strict privacy and security standards. This is consistent with our core privacy commitment of not collecting any unnecessary personal or sensitive data.
All Subscription Plans are set to auto-renew by default, unless you manually turn off the auto-renewal function before the end of your current subscription period. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time through the App settings or your device’s subscription management page (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). If you do not turn off auto-renewal, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration as your current Subscription Plan, and the corresponding subscription fee will be charged to your selected payment method on the renewal date. We will send you a reminder notification before the renewal date, so you have sufficient time to decide whether to continue the subscription or turn off auto-renewal.
If the auto-renewal payment fails (e.g., insufficient funds, expired payment method), we will attempt to process the payment again within a reasonable period. If the payment still fails after multiple attempts, your Subscription Service will be suspended until the payment is successfully completed. If the payment is not completed within 7 days of the renewal date, your subscription will be terminated, and you will lose access to the Premium Features. You may re-subscribe at any time after termination, but you will be subject to the current pricing and terms of the Subscription Plans at the time of re-subscription.
You may cancel your Subscription Service at any time. To cancel, you can turn off auto-renewal through the App settings or your device’s subscription management page — this will ensure that your subscription does not auto-renew after the current period expires. If you cancel auto-renewal, you will still have access to the Premium Features until the end of your current subscription period, and no further charges will be made after the period expires.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in the following limited circumstances: (1) The Subscription Service is permanently suspended or terminated by Cosmix without just cause before the end of your current subscription period — in this case, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription; (2) There is a significant technical failure that prevents you from using the Premium Features for more than 7 consecutive days, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period — in this case, you may request a pro-rata refund for the period during which you were unable to use the service. To request a refund, you must contact us at the email provided in Section 11, provide details of the issue, and provide any necessary evidence (if requested). We will review your refund request within 5 business days and notify you of the decision. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase, and the processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
No refunds will be provided for: (1) Cancellation of auto-renewal (you will still have access to the Premium Features until the end of the current period); (2) Dissatisfaction with the Premium Features (we encourage you to review the description of Premium Features before subscribing); (3) Accidental purchase (you are responsible for confirming your subscription before completing the payment); (4) Termination of your subscription due to violation of this Agreement, Cosmix’s User Agreement, or Privacy Policy.
During your subscription period, you are entitled to the following rights, subject to compliance with this Agreement and relevant rules: (1) The right to access and use all Premium Features of the Subscription Service for the duration of your subscription; (2) The right to use all free core functions of Cosmix, in addition to the Premium Features; (3) The right to privacy protection, as stipulated in Cosmix’s Privacy Policy — Cosmix will never collect, store, process, or share your facial information, portrait photos, generated COS works, payment information, or any other personal data; (4) The right to receive reminder notifications about subscription renewal, expiration, and any changes to the Subscription Service; (5) The right to provide feedback on the Subscription Service and Premium Features, including suggestions for optimization, bug reports, and other opinions, and Cosmix will carefully review and consider your feedback; (6) The right to cancel auto-renewal at any time, and to request a refund in accordance with the refund rules set out in this Agreement; (7) The right to priority customer support for any issues related to the Subscription Service; (8) The right to use the Subscription Service completely anonymously, without the need to create an account or provide any personal information beyond the necessary payment details (which are not stored by Cosmix).
Your right to use the Subscription Service is limited to your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your subscription access, Premium Features, or any content provided through the Subscription Service with any third party, including but not limited to family members, friends, or colleagues. Sharing your subscription access is a violation of this Agreement and may result in termination of your subscription without refund.
When using the Subscription Service, you must comply with the following obligations, in addition to the obligations set out in Cosmix’s User Agreement: (1) Comply with this Agreement, Cosmix’s User Agreement, and Privacy Policy, as well as all applicable rules and guidelines of the Subscription Service; (2) Use the Subscription Service and Premium Features only for legitimate, non-commercial purposes, and not use them to engage in any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate activities; (3) Do not share, lend, rent, trade, or transfer your subscription access or any Premium Features to any third party — your subscription is for personal use only; (4) Do not tamper with, modify, or reverse-engineer the Subscription Service, or use any third-party software, plug-ins, or tools to interfere with the normal operation of the Premium Features or obtain improper access to the Subscription Service; (5) Do not use the Subscription Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights and interests of Cosmix or any third party; (6) Ensure that the payment information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and that you have the legal right to use the payment method; (7) Promptly update your payment information if it changes (e.g., expired credit card), to avoid payment failures and suspension of the Subscription Service; (8) Cooperate with Cosmix’s reasonable requests to maintain the normal operation of the Subscription Service, such as providing feedback on bugs or technical issues related to the Premium Features; (9) Do not upload, generate, or share any inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content through the Subscription Service, in line with the prohibited content guidelines set out in the User Agreement.
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your subscription when using the Subscription Service, including any content you upload, generate, or share, and any consequences arising from your non-compliance with this Agreement. You agree to bear all losses, liabilities, and costs incurred by Cosmix or any third party due to your violation of this Agreement or improper use of the Subscription Service. This includes but is not limited to losses caused by sharing your subscription access, using the Service for illegal purposes, or infringing on the rights of others.
Protecting your privacy is one of Cosmix’s core commitments, and this commitment applies equally to the Subscription Service. This commitment is fully reflected in Cosmix’s Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement. By agreeing to this Agreement, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
To reiterate our key privacy commitments in relation to the Subscription Service: (1) Cosmix does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to subscribe to or use the Subscription Service — you can subscribe and use the Service completely anonymously, except for the necessary payment details which are processed by third-party payment providers and not stored by Cosmix; (2) Cosmix never collects, stores, processes, or retains any of your facial information, facial photos, or personal images. Any facial photo you upload for try-on is only used temporarily to generate the COS effect and is immediately deleted after use, with no backups, archives, or hidden copies; (3) Cosmix never collects any of your payment information — all payment processing is handled by authorized third-party payment service providers, who are contractually obligated to protect your payment information; (4) Cosmix never collects any other personal or sensitive data, including but not limited to your device information, IP address, location, browsing history, or usage patterns of the Subscription Service; (5) Cosmix never sells, rents, trades, or shares any of your private information with third parties, and any third-party services used for the Subscription Service (including payment processors) are contractually obligated to protect your privacy; (6) Any try-on images or COS works you save (including those saved through Premium Features) are stored only locally on your device, and Cosmix has no access to or control over such images.
Cosmix will take all reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your privacy and ensure the security of any temporary data processed by the Subscription Service. This includes industry-standard encryption protocols, secure server hosting, regular security audits, and strict internal confidentiality agreements for staff. We will never compromise your privacy for any reason, and we will continuously improve our privacy protections to adapt to new technical and security challenges.
Your Subscription Service will automatically terminate at the end of your subscription period if you turn off auto-renewal or if the auto-renewal payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days. You may also terminate your subscription by canceling auto-renewal, as set out in Section 5. Cosmix may terminate or suspend your access to the Subscription Service in the following circumstances, without prior notice: (1) You violate any terms of this Agreement, Cosmix’s User Agreement, or Privacy Policy, and fail to correct the violation within a reasonable time after being notified; (2) You share your subscription access with third parties, or use the Subscription Service for illegal, harmful, or inappropriate purposes; (3) You provide false or inaccurate payment information, or fail to pay the subscription fee when due; (4) We need to suspend or terminate the Subscription Service due to technical upgrades, legal requirements, or other reasonable reasons.
Upon termination of the Subscription Service, you will lose access to all Premium Features immediately (if terminated for violation) or at the end of the current subscription period (if canceled or expired). You will still be able to use the free core functions of Cosmix, unless your access to the entire Cosmix Service is terminated due to a serious violation of the User Agreement. Upon termination, all rights and obligations you have under this Agreement will cease, except for any rights or obligations that should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy protection obligations, and liability for past violations). Cosmix will not be liable for any losses you incur due to the termination of the Subscription Service, except for losses caused by Cosmix’s intentional or gross negligence. If the Subscription Service is terminated due to your violation of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of the subscription fee.

This Agreement takes effect on the date you purchase or subscribe to the Subscription Service. If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
