We will not tolerate any content that promotes or glorifies harm.
Additionally, you agree not to upload or use content that invades others’ privacy—including but not limited to uploading portrait photos of others without their explicit, written consent, or generating COS works using photos of strangers. You shall not use Cosmix to generate content that reveals others’ personal information, invades their privacy, or violates their personal rights. We also prohibit harassing, abusive, or discriminatory content—including but not limited to portrait photos, generated COS works, or any other content that promotes hate speech, discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic, or content that harasses, threatens, or insults others.
Finally, you agree not to use Cosmix to upload or generate illegal or inappropriate content—including but not limited to content that promotes illegal activities, spreads misinformation, violates public morality, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others (such as copying copyrighted characters without permission). This ensures that Cosmix remains a safe, positive space for all users to explore their creativity and create fun COS works.
Importantly, our enforcement of these guidelines does not involve invading your privacy. We do not monitor your portrait photos, your generated COS works, or your usage of the app—because all processing happens locally on your device, and we have no access to any of your content. We do not scan, analyze, or review any of your creations, and we never collect data about the content you upload or generate.
